Something about me:

I’m a twin mama! And raising twins was the single biggest challenge I’ve faced so far in my life. Following my intuition as a parent was the only way to get me through difficult moments, because let’s face it, as a new parent sometimes you really don’t know who to turn to or what to do.  

The relationship to sleep in the first 6 months was absolutely one of stress and anxiety. Having two out of sync babies waking up 5-6 times a night each, sleep was nonexistent. Having tried several different approaches ( rocking to sleep, bouncing to sleep, strolling to sleep, white noise, strict napping schedule etc) all of these felt like a temporary fix and didn’t feel right. Two hours of sleep felt like such an achievement and 8 hours of sleep felt like a long lost cause that we would never be able to experience until our girls became sleepy teenagers.

It was hard to navigate the existing sleep consulting methods out there. Thanks to another twin parent who recommended their sleep consultant to us, and she showed us an alternative approach to the popular methods out there. This felt right to us and we finally knew what a full night sleep felt like again. It simply changed our life.

We now have our evenings and nights back, napping or bedtimes are no longer an exhausting endless struggle for us and our babies. We can finally enjoy the true joy that parenthood can bring as fully rested parents! (Yes, 12 hours of sleep IS possible!)

This approach showed us that it was possible to help our girls sleep without leaving them to cry alone. It was intuitive and gave us solutions that felt in line with respecting a child’s development by providing safety and comfort, which made so much sense to us as parents.

I was so inspired that I went on to study the same approach our coach taught us and became a fully certified Parent Coach specialised in sleep for children up to 5 years old.


This experience was so life changing and inspiring that I became a parent consultant specialised in sleep, creating Little Baby Go to Sleep in the effort to help other struggling parents.
