About Me
I’m a proud twin mama, and raising my girls has been the most challenging and transformative experience of my life. In those early months, sleep—or the lack of it—became a source of stress and exhaustion. With two babies on completely different schedules, I tried every method I could find—rocking, bouncing, strolling, white noise, strict routines—but nothing felt right or sustainable. Two hours of sleep felt like a victory, and a full night’s rest seemed impossible.
Everything changed when another twin parent connected me with a sleep consultant who used a gentle, responsive approach that aligned with my instincts as a parent. For the first time, our nights were peaceful, our days were calmer, and we could finally enjoy the beautiful chaos of parenthood as rested, confident parents.
That experience inspired me to become a certified Parent Coach specializing in sleep for children up to five years old. My approach is rooted in respect for each child’s individual development, focusing on safety, connection, and comfort—never leaving little ones to cry alone.
I am continually deepening my knowledge in parental mental health, early childhood development, and attachment mechanisms in early infancy, so I can better support families in creating healthy sleep foundations and nurturing strong, secure bonds.
Sleep is not just about rest—it’s about connection, confidence, and the well-being of the whole family.
