FAQ

  • Will my child cry?

Babies cry as a way to communicate, especially during change to familiar routine. So yes, but you will never leave your child to cry on their own! The important thing is that you will always be there to attend their needs. They will feel safe and secure, through you attending to them with physical contact (touching, hugging etc) and learn they can always rely on you when they need you. By feeling safe and secure, this gives them both the knowledge to know they can count on you when they need you, but also give them the security to develop new skills and independence when they are ready to do so.

  • When can I see results?

This is not an overnight fix. It depends on you and your child, but change can happen quickly and you may already see an improvement after the first few nights.

  • Can you help with more than one child at once?

Yes! I’m a twin mama and this has absolutely worked with my girls. We treat each child as their own of course. If you have different ages in the house, we can absolutely help with that too.

  • Does this take into account daytime naps?

Yes, we address daytime nights as well as bedtime + nighttime.
